How We Handle Your Data.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store the details you submit: your email address, and — if you provide them — your name, country and area of interest, along with the page and context you signed up from. When you send a sponsorship enquiry we store the contact and company details you enter so the sponsorship team can respond.
What it’s used for
Waitlist details are used to send Battle of Bats communications — player announcements, Challenger application news, ticket information and event updates. Sponsorship enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry. We don’t sell your data.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To ask about your data or request its removal, contact ariel.merino@vtex.com.
