Battle of Bats is a revolutionary cricket event featuring the world premiere of the 4X Cricket format. Cricket legends like R. Ashwin, Chris Gayle, and more compete in the historic 4X format at Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium, Dallas.

When and where is the event?

Battle of Bats takes place on March 14, 2026, at Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Dallas, Texas - America's first purpose-built cricket stadium.

What is the 4X Format?

4X Cricket is a proprietary format with 4 innings of 10 overs each (40 overs total). Teams alternate batting and bowling, creating non-stop action and strategic depth. It's designed for broadcast and modern audiences.

VTEX powers Team India, while AWS powers Team World. These global technology leaders are bringing together the best cricketers from around the world.

Which players are confirmed?

Edition 1 featured R. Ashwin, Chris Gayle, Cheteshwar Pujara, Vijay Shankar, Ambati Rayudu, Stuart Binny, Carlos Brathwaite, Tabraiz Shamsi, Ravi Bopara, and Liam Plunkett. Legends for the next edition will be announced closer to the date.
